"Plant today and tomorrow you will reap.” This is the guiding principle of Maryjane of Barangay Parog Parog Solana, province of Cagayan. She is married and has three children. Princess Camille Faye, 10, is a grade 5 pupil. Krista Mae, 9, is a grade 3 pupil. Reanna Marie Angelca is 2 years old. Despite the hardships in life, they work hard to support the needs of their children in order to have a better future to raise their own family.

Farming is their main source of income. They plant rice and vegetables on their farm twice a year. In addition, Maryjane manages her hog raising business for additional source of income.

Maryjane wants to borrow PHP 28,000.00 to use as additional capital for their farm. She will use the loan for her crops and also for the maintenance of their hog raising business. She is glad that she can earn a net income of PHP 25,000 during harvest season and an additional Php3,000 in her hog raising business. They budget her income for daily basic needs of their children, and for the payment of her loan amortizations.
