This group is comprised of happy and hard-working people who are parts of a longtime friendship. They live in a housing development near a ceramic company where their husbands work. These members contribute to the income with their husbands are saleswomen between the ages of 21 and 63.

The team leader has three young school-age children. The team leader, Ilse Lourdes, has a restaurant and sells fried chicken. The members elected her as their leader because of her enthusiasm and responsibility. The women have different businesses selling different things, including: clothing for men and women, underwear, groceries, and food. Some are fixed stores and others are street vendors. There is competition with other businesses, but the women have loyal customers who buy from them constantly. In the event that they have difficulty with their businesses the women diversify and have other sources of income. Some of them have begun to work part-time with a fixed wage.

The members want to take advantage of AVON, EBEL, ÉSIKA's offer and purchase more clothing and consumables (rice, pasta). The team leader wants to expand her restaurant and give more work to the people that live in the area. This group is requesting their first loan. The majority of the women already know each other and have participated in loans with other financial entities.
