Antenitas Group

The Atenitas Communal Bank is comprised of 14 people of various ages between 20 and 60. The president of the bank is of strong character, happy, and proactive. She has four children. Three of the children are in school, and her oldest daughter lives in her house and is completely independent.

Clementina, the bank treasurer, is happy, determined, and proactive. Together with her friends she forms part of the bank.

Nicol is the secretary of the bank. She is a person who has character and is very happy and collaborative.

The other people who comprise the bank have similar personalities.

The president has a small business selling CDs, the same as other members. Clementina runs a small grocery store, which is located in the same area where Beatriz sells her CDs. Nicol runs a small business selling liquor and drinks. Other members sell sportswear for women and children. Lourdes sells hardware. If there are other places that do the same things in the area, their business are not affected because of the abundance of customers in the markets and the constant urban growth. To the contrary, many of the members are hoping to make their businesses grow by expanding them with a loan. The members are asking for a loan to get greater quantities of merchandise. Others want to buy construction materials to expand their small locations and give their customers better service. The members who sell sportswear want to increase their merchandise.

This group is in their fifth cycle. The majority of them know each other and have work experience with this type of loan.

El Banco Comunal denominado ANTENITAS está conformado por catorce personas de edades variadas que oscilan desde los 20 a los 60 años. La presidenta de la banca es una persona de carácter fuerte, alegre y proactiva que tiene 4 hijos de los cuales tres están en colegio y la hija mayor si bien vive es su casa es completamente independiente , La Sra. Clementina tesorera de la banca en una persona muy alegre, determinada y proactiva que en conjunto con sus amigas forman parte de la banca, la Sra. Nicol es la secretaria de la banca es una persona con carácter muy alegre y colaboradora, las otras personas que conforman la banca son de personalidades similares. La presidenta tiene un pequeño negocio de venta de CDs al igual que otro de los socias, la Sra. Clementina administra una pequeña tienda de abarrotes ubicado en la misma zona donde vende sus CDS la Sra. Beatriz. La Sra. Nicol administra un pequeño negocio de venta de licores y bebidas, otras socias de dedican a la venta de ropa deportiva, para mujeres, para niños, la Sra. Lourdes de dedica a la venta de artículos de ferretería. Si bien dentro de los lugares donde se desarrollan sus actividades existen otros similares, la afluencia de consumidores a los mercados, y el constante crecimiento urbano hace que las actividades que se desarrollaban en el lugar no se vean afectadas por lo contrario muchas de las socias están esperanzadas en hacer crecer sus negocios ampliándolos por lo cual solicitan el crédito. Las socias solicitan el crédito para realizar la adquisición de mercadería en mayor cantidad, otras para la compra de materiales de construcción para el ampliado de sus pequeños locales y dar mejor atención a sus clientes esto para las socias que se dedican a la venta de ropa deportiva los solicitan para el incremento de mercadería. Este grupo se encuentra en su quinto ciclo, lo cual la mayoría de ellas ya se conocen entre sí y cuentan con experiencia de trabajo en esta modalidad de crédito.
