Chuluundorj Batbaatar

Chuluundorj Batbaatar is 41 years old and lives with his wife and two children in Harhorin, the capital city of the ancient Mongolian empire. Both of his children, a son and daughter, attend a local secondary school. His wife works as a janitor at her children's school.

Chuluundorj manages a business in his town making wooden products. He is a very busy man, as he operates his wood business during the day and supplements his income by driving a taxi at night. Batbaatar started his wood-products business in 2000 and has since found much success in his trade. With his savings, he was able to purchase his car and start the taxi service in 2005.

Batbaatar has worked very hard at growing his business, but was forced to halt operations for three years to take care of his ailing father. However, today, he is working again and says, "My only wish now is to finish building my house, which will greatly improve my family's quality of life." He is requesting a 1,500,000 tugrug loan to purchase more wood for his wood-products business.
