Señora Libertad belongs to the communal bank, “Manos Unidas” (United Hands), in the district of Tarapoto, in the province of San Martín, in the department of San Martín. She is divorced, is 52, and is the mother of 3 children. One of her children still depends on her and is in school. Libertad sells refreshments like juanes (a chicken dish made of chicken, rice, olives, and eggs wrapped in a leaf), tamales, arroz chaufa (a rice dish), rice with chicken, sweets and candy, plantain chips, popcorn, soft drinks, and juices. Her business is located in her home, in an area that is fixed up well. She provides a good reception every day. She tells us that she started with 2,000 PEN and started her own business through her own initiative. Currently she is continuing with the same business and it is going very well. With this loan of 3,000 PEN, she will buy supplies for her dishes like: sacks of rice and sugar, chicken by the kilo, eggs in cartons, bottles of oil by the dozen, and kitchen utensils so she can offer high-quality service. La señora Libertad, pertenece al Banco Comunal “Manos Unidas”, Distrito de Tarapoto, Provincia de San Martín, Departamento de San Martín. Es Divorciada, tiene 52 años y es madre de 03 hijos, 01 que aun esta bajo su poder y esta estudiando. Libertad, se dedica a la venta de Refrigerios, como: juanes, tamalitos, arroz chaufa, arroz con pollo; dulces y golosinas; chifles, canchitas y en bebidas gasificadas, refrescos y jugos, ubicada en su misma casa, un local muy bien acondicionado, donde diariamente tiene muy buena acogida, nos cuenta que se inicio con S/. 200.00, por iniciativa propia, fue quien decidió emprender su propio negocio.En la actualidad continúa con el mismo negocio y nos cuenta que le va muy bien.Con este préstamo de S/ 3,000.00, comprará insumos para sus preparados como: sacos de arroz y azúcar, pollos en kilos y huevos en javas, aceites en docenas, asimismo utensilios de cocina para brindar un servicio de calidad.
