Damaso Nelvin Hernandez Perez

Sr. Dámaso is 40 years old and works on different homebuilding projects in Managua. He makes a decent living, but his work takes tremendous effort and requires that he spend the entire day in the sun. He and his wife live in Laureles Sur. They have three children who attend elementary school.

Over time, Dámaso has been building a home for his family in the same manner he constructs other houses. Using a loan from AFODENIC, he will buy railing, sand, and cement. He wants to lay down tile and install windows in order to provide his family with a decent and secure home any human being would want. Dámaso encounters difficulties at times because he is not able to secure contracts and it can take a few weeks to find construction jobs. He only needs a few jobs in order to earn enough income to feed his family. He thanks the Institution for encouraging families to improve their housing situation and providing them with financing.

El señor Dámaso de 40 años, se desempeña de albañil en los diferentes proyectos de vivienda de la capital, gana bien pero es un trabajo bien forzado de fuerza y a veces pasa todo el día en el sol. Reside en Laureles Sur, su esposa procreo tres hijos todos estudian su primaria. Poco a poco ha ido haciendo su casa, con la ventaja de que el mismo la construye, con el financiamiento en Afodenic lograra comprar verjas, arena cemento ya que desea embaldosar y poner las ventanas más seguras y poder dar a su familia una casa digna como todo ser humano sueña. Sus dificultades es que a veces no hay contratos y me llevo algunas semanas para encontrar trabajo en la construcción. Solo con pocos rumbos en el cual gana solo para la alimentación. Da las agracias a la institución por la oportunidad de promover en cada familia mejorar nuestras vivienda con financiamiento.
