Thanaa

Thanaa is a 52 year old woman who lives in Bourj El Barajneh, in the southern suburbs of Lebanon with her husband and their three children. Thanaa has been selling clothes from her house for the past twelve years. She sells womens, mens and childrens clothes; she sells depending on her clients needs. Thanaa is requesting a loan from Al Majmoua in order to purchase merchandise. Thanaa has been a microcredit client for twelve years now and has always paid on time.
Thanaa is a very devoted woman, who works hard to supplement her family’s income and give the best for her children. Her previous loans helped her improve her work, by purchasing new clothes and answering her clients’ needs. Thanaa is special in her work because she does it well and knows how to satisfy her clients. When she first started her business, she didn’t face any difficulties. Thanaa decided on doing her business because she wanted to have independent work. In the future, she plans on expanding her business by opening a shop.
