Gulyamov Bahrom is 34 years old. He is married and has three children. Bahrom owns a computer club where people can use computer, play video games and work on computers. He has also billiard table at his club. He rents a small office on the ground floor of a housing complex. He has been in this business for the past 5 years. When Bahrom receives credit, he plans to restore several computer systems that are currently out of order and with the part of them wants to buy additional computers. This will provide Bahrom with an opportunity to increase the number of working computers in his club. This credit will help people who do not have home access to a computer to come and work at the club. Some can improve their computer skills and others can make new friends through video games and gain necessary educational information from different sites. The loan will greatly improve Bahrom’s income and his family's living standards.

While the people of Tajikistan are working to improve its agricultural production and manufacturing sector, nearly two-thirds of the population still live in abject poverty.
