Mrs. Hun-eng Sok, 41, and her husband, Mr. Vuthy Seng, 42, live in a small village off of National Road number 2 about 15 kilometers from Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. They were married in 1987 and have four children: three sons and one daughter. Three of them are attending school, one of whom is studying at university level.
