Rosa Lucrecia Gonzalez Gonzalez

The Banco Comunal Ensueños is located in Azogues, neighboring city to Cuenca, which is located some 30 minutes away. The city’s climate is cold and is characterized by its churches and by the beauty that surrounds it. Its city center is a mix of colonial and modern, and its people are amiable and hardworking, always striving for personal and familial growth.

Mrs Rosa Lucrecia Gonzáles is an active member of the Banco Comunal Ensueños. She lives in the center of Azogues, is 37 years old, and is married, with two sons ages 16 and 12. Her sons attend El Colegio La Salle. Her husband emigrated abroad in search of a better future for the family. They do not have a home of their own yet, which is why they rent.

Rosa has been working at a beauty salon for the past 3 years, from 8:00 am to noon and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. She is also in the process of starting her own business selling cosmetics from the L’Bel brand (beauty products for women). She’s been working at this for 7 months and says it’s going well because her job helps build up her clientele.

At the Banco, Rosa is very amiable and gets along well with the other members. This is her fifth lending cycle. The loans have helped her establish herself financially, and with this current loan from ESPOIR she will invest in the purchase of more beauty products so she may offer a better variety to her clients.

Her biggest dream is to travel the world with her husband and sons.

El Banco Comunal Ensueños se encuentra en la vecina ciudad de Azogues a unos 30 minutos de Cuenca, esta ciudad tiene clima frío, se caracteriza por sus iglesias y por la belleza que ésta encierra, su centro se mezcla entre lo colonial y lo moderno, su gente es muy amable y luchadora buscando siempre la superación personal y familiar.

La señora Rosa Lucrecia González es una de las socias activas del banco comunal Ensueños, vive en el centro de la ciudad de Azogues, tiene 37 años y se encuentra casada, concibió dos hijos, 16 y12 años de edad que estudian en el colegio la Salle, su esposo emigro al extranjero hace varios años en busca de un mejor futuro para su familia; aún no tienen casa propia por lo que viven arrendando.

Rosa trabaja como empleada de un gabinete de belleza hace unos tres años, su horario de trabajo es de 8 a 12 a.m. y de 2 a 6 p.m. de lunes a sábado, también se encuentra comenzando su propio negocio de venta de cosméticos con los productos de L´bel (cosméticos para la belleza de la mujer), lleva 7 meses en este negocio y nos comenta que le va muy bien porque en su trabajo está obteniendo su clientela.

Dentro de su banco Rosa es muy amable y se lleva muy bien con todas las socias, este es su quinto ciclo trabajando con los prestamos que la fundación ofrece, además le han permitido estabilizarse económicamente y con el préstamo que ESPOIR le entregue va a invertir en la compra de más productos de belleza para ofrecer un stock variado a sus clientas.

Su mayor sueño es viajar con su esposo y sus hijos por todo el mundo.
