Miguel Alaiza

Miguel Alaiza and his wife live in their own house in the Sopocachi neighborhood on the west side of La Paz. Miguel is retired and supports his family with his pension. This loan will be used to repair the floors in two bedrooms in his house, which have deteriorated over time.

This is the second time Miguel has applied for a loan. He has been rated favorably by the socioeconomic analysis of the lender, so he qualifies for this loan.

El señor Miguel Alaiza vive en casa propia, en la zona de Sopocachi, ladera oeste de la ciudad de La Paz, con su esposa.
El señor Miguel es rentista del magisterio, ingresos con los que mantienen a su familia.
El crédito solicitado es para la refacción de pisos en dos habitaciones que por el pasar del tiempo se deterioraron.
Esta es la segunda vez que solicita préstamo y el análisis socioeconómico realizado lo califica favorablemente y puede acceder a un crédito.
