Mrs. Man Ton is the village bank president of a group of twelve people who live in Trapeang Srang village in Takeo province. She is a farmer and owns a small piece of land where she cultivates rice to make a living. Her husband, Mr. Kin Muth, is a fisherman and he now faces a small problem because he does not have enough money to buy a new boat, and his boat is old. In order to deal with this, Mrs. Man Ton decided to ask for a loan to buy a boat for her husband. Mrs. Man Ton is 48 and the mother of four children; three are attending the local school and the other is a fisherman.
