Ana Mago

Ana Mago is a 55 year-old woman living in the town of Sinamoga. She is married and has 5 children adult -aged children. To make a living, Ana owns & operates a business venture in the food sector running a food stall. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes primarily from selling fried foods in the local community. Ana has been engaged in this business for over 4 years and earns approximately $750 WST a month from these activities.

In 2008, Ana joined SPBD to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Ana has successfully repaid a previous loan of $750 WST from SPBD. This previous loan was used to purchase new equipment & tools to expand the business. Ana is now requesting a new loan of $750 WST which will be used to purchase a transport vehicle to improve the business. The loan will be the 2nd loan taken out by the borrower from SPBD. Ana plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve/expand the borrower's business.
