Mujeres Las Independientes Group

The Group of Independent Women (“Grupo de Mujeres Las Independientes”) is from the neighborhood of Independencia, which is in the township of San Cristobal Totonican. This area is visited by many domestic and international tourists from the Catholic Church and is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful waterfalls.

The group is has been working together for more than 8 years. Their main challenge has been a lack of capital. They need a loan in order to buy materials for making embroideries and plastic baskets.

El grupo de Mujeres la independientes son originario del barrio la independencia del Municipio de Sancristobal Totonican lugar muy visitado por los turistas nacionales e internacionales por su iglesia catolica como es conocido como llano de la felicidad por su hermosas catarata, dicho grupo viene trabajando mas de ocho años juntas, y el principal problema que afronta el grupo es la falta de capital por lo cual necesita de un credito para la compra de materiales, para la elaboracion de bordados, canastas de plasticos.
