Hadijah Nankinga's Group

Nankinga Hadijah is a 45-year-old female and is married with six children aged between 24 and 11 years, all still in school. She also takes care of other orphans.

Hadijah is a strong and hardworking lady who has sold agricultural products in Owino market for nineteen years. She is able to make only 100,000/= (approx. $50) in bi-monthly profits and this is due to having to pay high taxes for operating from the City Centre market as well as the high transport costs to bring the produce to the market. She works so hard to ensure that she satisfies her family needs and to ensure that her children reach university level.

Hadijah needs a loan to help expand her business by having more agricultural produce for resale so that she is able to attract more customers for increased sales.
