Rodelet Seide is a single father with two small children. This hardworking family man owns a boutique where he sells cold drinks, snacks, sugar, oil and a variety of other small household items. He attributes the recent development in his area to Esperanza’s work and is happy to participate in the process. He would like to see his business advance and create a more stable economic situation for his children.

Rodelet Seide is one of three representatives of the group “Nou Solid”, or "We are Solid", Bank of Hope. The group is made up of 15 men and women entrepreneurs. The group is very excited about receiving their first loan from Esperanza. After hearing so many good things about the work that other associates have been doing with their loans, the day has finally come for the Nou Solid group to have their own experience.
