Mrs. Khem Phan, 47, and her husband, Mr. Sam-oeun Thoek, 48, were married in 1985. They have three children; one son and two daughters. Two of them married and lives in separated house. The family lives in a small village along national road number two about 12 kilometers from Phnom Penh City.
