Together As One Group

This is Mohamed Koroma, Balu Bangura and Sinneh Tarawallie. They named their group “Together as One”. This is the first loan these entrepreneurs are accessing from SMT/Kiva. With the help of this loan, they will be able to expand their businesses both in quality and quantity. Consequently, sales and profit will improve for these entrepreneurs and they will be in a better position to look after their families in terms of meeting their educational, nutritional and medical needs.

Mohamed Koroma, on the left, is the leader of this group. He was born in Magburaka forty years ago. He is married to a businesswoman and they have three children who are attending primary and junior secondary schools.

Mohamed is a tailor and he has been in this profession for about three years now. He will use this loan to buy fabrics and other sewing materials. He will sew the fabrics into clothes and sell them to people within Magburaka town and sometimes in the villages around Magburaka town.
