Estela Avalos Diaz, who we see seated in the photo, is 48 and has five children. Three are adults, and two are minors she is still raising.

She is a member of the Emanuel II Group, which is comprised of ten very enterprising people. Estela is very enthusiastic, happy, jovial, and, above all, hard-working. She is a “jack-of-all-trades” because she sells all types of handicrafts.

She sells door to door to her friends and acquaintances. Her products are woven articles. This work has allowed her to travel to take her products to the provinces. It has been ten years since she started in this business after studying handicrafts, weavings, and other courses.

She really likes her work because it allows her to have an income, it relaxes her, she gets to know people, and, above all, it helps her husband with the household expenses. With her work she has obtained economic stability, she lives more peacefully, and she can meet the needs and wants of her children.

She would really like to rent an ample location where she can sell her products. The money she is asking for is to buy, with help from her husband, a “mototaxi” (three wheeled motorized cart) so that she can have another type of business.

HACE 1O AÑOS, INICIÓ EN ÉSTE NEGOCIO, LUEGO DE HABER ESTUDIADO, MANUALIDADES, TEJIDOS Y OTROS CURSOS MAS.

LE GUSTA MUCHO SU TRABAJO, PORQUE LE PERMITE TENER UN INGRESO ECONÓMICO, LA RELAJA, CONOCE GENTE Y SOBRETODO PORQUE PUEDE APOYAR ECONÓMICAMENTE A SU ESPOSO EN LOS GASTOS DEL HOGAR.
