Las Bordadoras Group

The Bordadoras ladies have come to the Institución ASDIR to be able to get help to have better incomes. They embroider “guipiles” (traditional Mayan blouses) by hand. This has supported them and their families.

During the five years that they have been working they have realized that they need more capital to be able to invest and to sell more of the embroidered “guipiles”. They do not have the money. The place where they live is an area of poverty.

That is why they come to ask for help to be more competitive in the market. That way they will have a better level of live and get their children ahead with their education.

Las señoras Bordadoras acudieron a la Instituciòn ASDIR para poder ayudarlas para tener mejores ingresos ya que ellas se han dedicado a trabajar en bordados de guipiles a mano y esto les han servido como mantener a su familia y a ellas mismas, durante los 5 años que han venido trabajando se han dado cuenta que necesditan màs capital para poder inventir y tener màs ventas en los guipiles bordados pero ellas no cuentan con ese fondo, ya que el lugar donde vivien es de zona de pobreza, por lo tanto a cuden a peder ayuda para ser conpetitivas en el mercado y asi tener una mejor nivel de vida; y sacar a sus hijos avantes y con estudios.
