Deysi

Deysi is 21, and she lives with her husband and son in her parents’ house.

For eight years Deysi has been selling sheep and pigs. Very early every Saturday, at dawn, she buys animals. She sells them later during the day. The other days of the week she sells fast food on the corner of her house. She does both activities in order to improve her family income, which supports her small son.

Deysi has great expectations for her future. One of her goals is to have a well set up farm so that she can accommodate more animals. This way she can increase her earnings.

This is the second time that she has had a loan with MFP. Being part of a communal bank has been a gratifying experience for her. Her wish is to continue joining forces with the colleagues in her group in the search for progress. She will use the money she is now asking for to buy a larger quantity of animals (pigs and sheep). This way she will increase her working capital.

Deysi tiene 21 años, vive con su esposo y su hijo en casa de sus padres. Desde hace 8 años se dedica a la venta de animales de ganado ovino y porcino. Todos los sábados muy temprano, de madrugada, compra los animales que posteriormente revende durante el día. Por otro lado, los otros días de la semana prepara y vende comida al paso en la esquina de su casa. Ambas actividades las realiza con el único fin de mejorar los ingresos económicos familiares que servirán de sustento a su pequeño hijo. Deysi tiene grandes expectativas para su futuro, uno de sus anhelos es tener una granja bien implementada para que pueda albergar a mayor cantidad de animales con los que pueda incrementar sus ganancias.
Esta es la segunda vez que tiene un crédito con MFP, ser parte de un banco comunal ha sido una experiencia muy grata para ella, por ello, su deseo es seguir uniendo esfuerzos con todos sus compañeros de grupo en busca del progreso. El dinero que ahora solicita será invertido en la compra de mayor cantidad de animales (porcinos y ovinos), de esta manera aumentará su capital de trabajo.
