Taalaikul, the leader of this group, does not seem to be different from any other woman of her age. For her age of forty-six, she has accomplished her life minimum: got married, has lived her life in harmony by her taxi driver husband’s side, and has raised four children. Her children have grown, educated. One of her daughters works as a chemistry teacher. Another one goes to college. The little one is still in high school. After her children grew up, Taalaikul decided to engage herself in something new. She started working as a saleswoman at a silver store. After two years, she had saved enough money to invest in her own business. By that time she perceived all the nuances of this occupation. She had become a businesswoman. Now, she sells Indian silver that she buys at different places and, together with her husband, she conducts a survey implemented by international organizations. Her monthly income of $360 allows her to pay for her daughter’s education and to buy clothes for her little daughter. Recently she has even bought herself a set of jewelry. Taalaikul needs a loan to increase the turnover. She wants to purchase silver watches and bracelets. Her dream is to organize a chain of silver stores.

Taalaikul has four partners.
Mairambubu, 51, has raised four children. To make a living she sells milk and works as a seamstress in a sewing factory, sewing curtains. She needs a loan to buy a washing machine.

Taalaikul Jologonova, 46, has three children. She works as a tailor, manufacturing traditional articles, bedding, rugs etc. Taalaikul urgently needs a loan to purchase curtains, velvet, dresses and other fabric and some furniture. She recently received an order from local municipality and school.

Jumagul, 61, sells foodstuffs and detergents at her little shop. Her monthly income is $166. She needs a loan to purchase cereals, canned food, beverages, and biscuits and to buy clothes for her grandchildren.

Taatykan, 56, is a widow. She has four children. For the past ten years she has been selling milk, gardening and farming. Taatykan needs a loan to purchase four sheep for breeding.
