Rosa es otra socia del banco Comunal 3 de Mayo que se reúne cada quince días en la localidad de Picoaza una parroquia perteneciente a la ciudad de Portoviejo en la Provincia de Manabí.

Rosa se caracteriza por ser una mujer luchadora, trabajadora y entregada a su familia, ella piensa siempre en el bienestar de los suyos por eso acude a la fundación para solicitar un crédito que aportaría mucho para mejorar el negocio que ya tienen establecido.

Rosa es casada con Hernán Arteaga desde hace 30 años tienen tres hijos de 18, 26 y 28 años, se dedica a la venta de ropa por ahora lo hacen en un carro en el cual junto a su esposo recorren las calles del lugar donde viven, vendiendo ropa y otros artículos.

Su vivienda es propia y está situada en el centro de la localidad para sobrellevar su negocio, en esta viven ya diez años. Rosa sueña con arreglar su casa para ahí también tener su negocio de venta de ropa que ella misma confecciona ya que es modista desde hace 26 años.

Rosa nos manifiesta que es un negocio familiar donde todos participan, su esposo hace fletes y también le ayuda mucho en la venta de ropa, el es su gran apoyo acota.

El crédito que reciba de la fundación lo va a invertir en la compra de telas, hilos, cierres, botones, etc. para sus confecciones y para adquirir algo de bisutería para complementar sus prendas de vestir.
