Margarita is 39 years old. She has been working selling prepared foods for 5 years. Her business is located in the local morgue. Her daughters and husband help her in the business.

Margarita prepares breakfast and lunch for the morgue's employees, and the cost of their meals is deducted from their pay. She sells sweets, as well as tacos, chilaquiles tajaditas (a layered dish made of tortillas and plantains), and enchiladas, among other dishes. She begins selling breakfast at 7 in the morning; at noon she begins to serve lunch and from 5 in the afternoon on she sells her homemade sweets. Aside from the employees, she also has clients who come to her location just to buy the delicious sandwiches she prepares. She is kind, friendly and very much loved by her clients. Margarita invests $752.00 in the preparation of her food and brings in $1197.00, leaving her the entire difference of $445 as profit, since her husband does the shopping and her daughters help her prepare the food and sweets.

She is requesting a loan with which to buy raw materials: soft drinks, cheese, quesillo (a salty, melting cheese), butter, chicken and pork and beef and ground meat. She wants to buy her ingredients wholesale in order to increase her profits. Her goal is to someday open a convenience store/cafe in her home.

Margarita elabora desayunos y almuerzos a los empleados los cuales les hacen la deduccion por planilla asímismo vende golosinas como ser tacos, chilaquiles tajaditas, enchiladas entre otros, de siete a diez de la mañana vende los desayunos a las doce del medio dia los almuerzos y a las cinco de la tarde vende las golosinas, también sus clientes son persinas que transitan el lugar ya que prepara ricos bocadillos, es amable, sociable muy querida por sus clientes, ella invierte $ 752.00 y vende $1,197.00 quedandole una utilidad de $445.00 ya que cuenta con el apoyo de su esposo quien elabora las la compras, sus hijas le ayudan a preparar la comidas y golosinas.
ella solicita el credito para comprar materia prima, (refrescos, queso, quesillo, mantequilla, carne de pollo, de cerdo, molida y de res) ya que quiere comprar al por mayor para obtener mejores utilidades su meta es poner una pulperia en su casa.
