Dios Es Mi Salvador Group

Bellaniris is the group coordinator of 'Dios es mi Salvador', a Bank of Hope located in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, where running water and electricity are unreliable. She lives in a cement block house with four of her five children, all of whom are currently attending public schools, and her husband. She is currently looking to start her second loan which will help her run her business.

Bellaniris runs a small restaurant in a building that she already owns, right next door to her house. She will be using this loan to buy cups, passion fruit, gum, a blender, butter, cheese, bags, cookies, ham, and more, allowing the selection she offers to her clients to grow. With these items, she believes that the community will be more interested in visiting her restaurant, providing her with more income to achieve her dream of seeing all of her children graduate from college. She has very much enjoyed working with Esperanza International so far and appreciates your support.



About Group Loans
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a group of individuals bound by a group guarantee.
