Uranbileg Senge

S. Uranbileg lives with her two children in Uvurkhangai province in central Mongolia. Both of her children currently attend college, making it very difficult for the family to save money. Uranbileg operates a small food service business in her town. She makes and sells Mongolian traditional foods such as huushuur (meat covered with flour and fried from the outside) and buuz (steamed meat dumplings).

As these foods are popular for those on the go, her main customers are college students and office workers. She produces and packages her products quickly making it easy for customers to grab a quick bite to eat. For the future, her ultimate goal is to grow her business and open a small restaurant. She says, “It will be great contribution to my children's welfare.” She is requesting a 750,000 tugrug (~530 USD) loan to open that small restaurant.
