Inspiration Plus Group

Inspiration Plus is a Community Bank made up of 32 members whose chairwoman is Alphonsine. These members are united for the same goal to grow their businesses by loans received from Kiva through IMF HOPE RDC. Alphonsine sells fish, honey as well as cakes. She began her business in 2002 with an initial capital of $50.00. After hard work and good management, she succeeded in making it thrive thanks to the accumulated profits. She intends to expand it with the next loan by adding pieces of fabrics and other much sought-after items in her environment. The business gives her a profit of $75.00 every week. Alphonsine is 42 years old, married and the mother of 3 children, whose ages vary between 2 and 4 years old. Only one is in school.

Alphonsine est vendeuse des poissons, du miel ainsi que des galettes. Elle avait commencé son activité en 2002 avec un capital initial de $50. Après un dur travail et une bonne gestion, elle est parvenue à la faire prospérer grâce aussi aux bénéfices accumulés. Elle compte l'élargir avec le prochain prêt, en y ajoutant des pagnes et autres articles beaucoup recherchés dans son milieu. L'affaire lui génère un bénéfice de $75 par semaine. Alphonsine est âgée de 42 ans, mariée et mère de 3 enfants dont leurs âges varient entre 2 et 4 ans. Un seul est scolarisé.
