Tumuhairwe Evalisto is the leader of his lending group in Ibanda. He is 34 years old and married with 4 children and all are in school as he cares for 1 orphan. Evalisto is a boda boda rider in Kazo trading centre stage for 8 years and he is happy that he is able to make money that helps to run his home. When he started getting loans, he had was working from the village where there are few inexpensive customers but with the loans, he was able to secure and pay for a place in town where he is working from at the moment and over time, he has been able to use his loans to repair his motorcycle. He needs a loan to be able to pay his children’s school fees and partly employ labor on his farm for increased output.
