Herminio is the father of an adolescent daughter who is currently studying. The past two loans he had with FVP was used to construct a room in his house, but one that lacks a roof. He has a plan to construct a concrete slab so that the house can be safer and more durable.

He is requesting a loan for this construction and plans to use the income he makes as a builder (constructing and repairing houses) and that of his wife, Teodora, who works as a kitchen assistant at a school, to pay off his loan.

His wish is for his daughter to have her own room and to have a better life.
