A village bank loan which consists of twenty four people is located in Khsom village in Kandal province and all the members will use the loan in different purposes. Mrs. Thoeun Duch is the village bank president. She is a farmer who owns a small piece of land to cultivate rice. Her husband, Mr. Keo Ra, is a fisherman. In his fishing business, he faces an obstacle because he does not have enough nets for fishing which it is affect to his income. Thus, Mrs. Thoeun Duch decided to ask for a loan to buy more nets for fishing business. She is 38 years old and the mother of four members, three of whom are enrolled in the local school while the youngest one is too young to work or study.
