Fernando Báez Pérez

The home of Mr. Fernando Baez is in need of painting and exterior finish work, but at this time he lacks the money necessary to repair his home. This is why he is requesting a loan for the exterior finishes. He plans to pay the credit with the income from his job as an electric technician at a potable water company. This is also the income he has for his family, which includes two teenagers who are students.

Mr. Baez has already had a credit with FVP which he pays punctually. The person who appears in the photo is his wife Mrs. Lucina Martinez, who was the person that assisted us the day the visit was made to the home of the Baez family.

A la vivienda del señor Fernando Báez le está haciendo falta pintarla principalmente y desea cambiar la fachada de la misma. Pretende realizar algunos maceteron de concreto algunas molduras que hagan ver una casa más bonita.
En este momento no cuenta con el dinero necesario para realizar esos cambios a su vivienda, es por eso que está solicitando un préstamo.
El planea pagar el crédito con los ingresos de su trabajo de técnico de eléctrico de la comisión de agua potable (municipio), es el ingreso que tiene para su familia, ya que tiene dos hijos adolescentes quienes están estudiando.
El señor Báez ya ha tenido un crédito con FVP el cual pagó puntualmente.
La persona que aparece en la fotografía es su esposa la señora Lucina Martínez ella nos atendió el día que se realizó la visita a la vivienda de la familia Báez.
