Mrs. Bella Arbaquez of Barangay Calumangan in Barrio Site, Bago City, Negros Occidental, is a 52-year-old wife and the mother of two children, who is concerned about her family's future. This is the reason why she joined NWTF-Project Dungganon.

When she and her husband considered starting a business, his skills and knowledge in electronics made them decide to offer electronic repair services to the townspeople of Bago. The only difficulty they had was that they needed capital to start the business so that they could buy the necessary equipment and tools and have working capital. Joining NWTF-Project Dungganon solved this problem for the couple.

With the business up and running, both Bella and her husband work as partners in running the business, and the arrangement has worked well for their family. It has made them more united, and the business is doing well, earning about PHP 30,000 per month, which provides well for their family's needs, and allows them to set aside some money for the future security of their children.

This is Bella's 14th loan from NWTF. She wants to borrow PHP 19,000 to buy more equipment and tools for their business and also add to their working capital.

About NWTF:
