Respekte Lavi Grandbassin Group

The “Respekte Lavi” or Respect Life group of Grand Basin is made of twenty male and female entrepreneurs. These businessmen and businesswomen are excited to grow their businesses with the help of their first loan from Esperanza. The group has a range of wide range of businesses including charcoal production and sales, used clothing, and a variety of food sales.

Souverain Arianne is one of four representatives of the group. She is married and has three children. Souverain works with her husband selling charcoal. He buys or chops down the trees and makes the charcoal by a process using dirt, leaves, and the semi burning of the wood. From her home, she sells both bulk and smaller amounts of charcoal. She also sells in the local markets. She is looking forward to being able to accomplish more things for herself and family.

She prays for the growth of Esperanza and that she may grow with the organization. On behalf of Souverain, Respekte Lavi of Grand Basin, and Esperanza we thank you for your support. The loan will be distributed amongst the members of the group.

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a group of individuals bound by a group guarantee.
