El Progreso De La Amistad (the Progress Of Friendship) Group

The communal bank "El Progreso de la Amistad" (The Progress of Friendship) was formed 5 years ago and set up by 15 partners who live in the Horacio Zevallos area, district of Ate, department of Lima, and work in diverse activities such as production, trade and services.

Currently, Prisciliana Sotomayor occupies the position of president. She comes from Huancavelica, is 54 years old, married and has 6 children. For 23 years, she has worked selling hand-made fabrics such as sweaters, cravats, ponchos etc. In the future, she would like to export her fabrics and patent her brand.

Luís Cama is currently the treasurer. He comes from Lima, is 50 years old and married with 3 children. Luís has had a printing workshop for 8 years and will use the loan to maintain and develop his premises.

Ana Villafuerte currently occupies the role of secretary. She comes from Cañete, is 38 years old, has a son and has been separated for 5 years. She has a small workshop making jeans and will use the loan to buy jean fabric for her production. Ana would like to export and patent her brand of jeans.

La alcancía comunal “El Progreso de la Amistad” formada hace 5 años e integrada por 15 socios quienes habitan en la zona de Horacio zevallos, distrito de Ate, departamento de Lima, y se dedican a diversas actividades como: producción, comercio y servicio.
Prisciliana Sotomayor, Actualmente asume el cargo de presidenta, natural de Huancavelica, tiene 54 años de edad, casada, con 6 hijos, desde hace 23 años se dedica a la venta de tejidos manuales como chompas, chalinas, ponchos, etc. En el futuro anhela exportar sus tejidos y patentar su marca.
Luís Cama Actualmente asume el cargo de tesorero, natural de Lima, casado, tiene 50 años de edad con 3 hijos, cuenta con un taller de imprenta desde hace 8 años, su reciente préstamo lo utilizara en el mantenimiento y implementación de su local.
Ana Villafuerte Actualmente asume el cargo de secretaria, natural de cañete tiene 38 años de edad, con un hijo, separada hace 5 años, cuenta con un pequeño taller de confección de jeans, y su reciente préstamo lo utilizara en la compra de telas jeans para su producción. Ana anhela exportar y patentar su marca de jeans.
