Xequisis Group

The five women in the Xequisis group have joined together so their families can get ahead—life recently has been hard in Nahualà. In previous years, the women earn their living by buying and selling traditional clothing so that they could support their children. Later, deciding they needed help, they went to Kiva partner, the ASDIR Association, as they didn’t have enough working capital. They wanted to have more stock so they could increase sales, earn more money, and prosper. They wanted to fulfil their biggest dream of owing a small house to shelter them from bad weather.

Las cinco señoras del grupo Xequisis, se han reunido para sacar abante a su familia ya que en los ultimo tiempo la vida es dura en el lugar de Nahualà, y ellas se han dedicado a compra y venta de ropa tipica, en años anteriores para ayudar a mantener a sus hijos; las señoras buscando un apoyo y acudieron a la Instituciòn ASDIR para apoyar a las señoras ya que no cuentan con un capital sufieciente de trabajo, y ellas quieren surtir màs la venta para obtener màs ganancias y asi prosperar y realizar el sueño màs grande ellas relatan y sueñan tener una casita para proteger las inclemencis de tiempo.


About Group Loans
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a group of individuals bound by a group guarantee.
