Na We Yone Group

This is Aminata Sankoh, Osman Bangura, Magret Kamara and Kadiatu Sesay. They named their group Na We Yone. They are all local entrepreneurs in Waterloo small-town which is about twenty-two miles away from Freetown. This will be the first loan these entrepreneurs are accessing from SMT, a partner of Shine On Sierra Leone. With this loan, they will be able to expand their businesses both in size and quality. In this way, they will make better profit to look after themselves, children and extended family members.

Aminata Sankoh (right and attached below) is the leader of the group. She is thirty years of age. She was born in Waterloo. Her husband is a businessman and the two of them have one child who is attending school. Aminata sells ground-nuts, bulgur wheat and beans. She has been a businesswoman for five years now. With this loan, she will buy two bags of beans. A bag costs her Le 250,000.00.
