José is 43 years old and live with his partner, who is very supportive. They do not have children and live in their own home. Previously, José operated a public Internet café but did not generate enough revenue as he expected. Nine months ago, he decided to build 4 rooms in the space that previously housed his computer terminals and rent them out to tenants. Business is doing well because all 4 rooms are occupied. In addition, José is a primary school teacher at an educational institution and has been in this profession for the past 17 years. He enjoys both of his jobs, being an employee and a small business owner, because it keeps him busy and he is able to earn additional profits instead of relying on a fixed monthly income.

José is requesting his 3rd loan with MFP. He is very happy and grateful to his Communal Bank because they supported him whenever he faced difficulties. He knows that everyone is responsible in their own businesses and with their loan payments. The funds he requested will be used to perform renovations to his rental rooms, including painting and installation of new floors and sinks.
