Oreb Plus Group

Felly Nduakulu is the leader of a group of micro-entrepreneurs named "Oreb Plus." This community group is composed of 25 members who have united to obtain loans from Kiva through the microfinance institution HOPE RDC (IMF HOPE RDC).
Felly is 41 years old and has been a market gardener since 1994. His fields are located in the northern outskirts of Kinshasa, which is also the most populated region of the city. He grows vegetables and delivers them to male and female sellers at different markets. Felly has developed his business thanks to the solid experience he has gained over the years, and especially through his good management. He is well known in his area due to the quality of his products and the good relations that he always maintains with his customers. He has been a faithful client of IMF HOPE RDC since 2008. He has received 5 previous loans and repaid all of them in full and on time. This next loan will help him buy fertilizer for his fields, with the goal of responding to the demands of his clients and also increasing his income. His dream is to open a business delivering fertilizer to the market gardeners in his area. Felly is married and has four children whose ages vary between 3 and 12 years. Three of these children are students.

Felly Nduakulu est dirigeant d’un groupe des micro-entrepreneurs dénommé « Oreb Plus ». Cette banque communautaire est constituée de 25 membres qui sont solidairement unis pour obtenir des prêts de Kiva à travers l’Institution de Micro-Finance HOPE RDC (IMF HOPE RDC).
Felly 41 ans, est maraicher depuis 1994. Ses champs se situent à la périphérie nordique de Kinshasa qui est aussi la partie la plus peuplée de la ville. Il cultive des légumes et les livre aux vendeurs et vendeuses de différents marchés. Felly a développé son activité grâce à l’expérience solide acquise pendant des années et surtout par la bonne gestion. Il est bien connu dans son quartier à cause de la qualité de ses produits et de bonnes relations qu’il ne cesse d’entretenir avec ses clients. Il est client fidèle de l’IMF HOPE RDC depuis 2008. Il a reçu 5 fois les crédits et les a remboursés totalement à temps. Le prochain prêt lui servira d’acheter des engrais pour ses champs en vue de répondre à la demande de ses clients et aussi accroitre le revenu. Son ambition est d’ouvrir une maison de livraison d’engrains aux maraichers de son quartier. Felly est marié et père de quatre enfants dont leurs âges varient entre 3 et 12 ans. Trois d’entre eux sont élèves.
