Jenniffer Gachau is 49 years old, and is married to Tiras Macharia. They have one child, Dorren, aged 26 years old. Jenniffer has managed her goods distribution business for six years and her other source of income is in the auto spares and hardware business which she manages on the side.
Jenniffer has not borrowed from other micro-loan organizations before but she was introduced to KADET by existing clients. With the loan she has applied for, she plans to increase her stock of rice as the demand for rice is high.
With the extra profits, Jenniffer plans to purchase a plot of land and build a stone house to cut the costs of renting. She also believes she is hardworking and focussed and she hopes to tap into new markets.
