Thirteen people living in Serei Duoch village in Takeo province comprise this village bank loan, and they will use the loan for various purpose. Mrs. Yoeung Mok is a 47- year-old village bank president. She is a vet in the local village. Her husband, Mr. Sum Khorn, is a farmer who owns a piece of land to cultivate rice. In this plantation, he faces an obstacle because his field is infertile which it is a bad to affect to his crop. In order to solve this problem, Mrs. Yoeung Mok decided to ask for a loan to buy fertilizer to support the field to make her crop more productive. She has three children, one of whom is a teacher in the local school while another is employed in a tailor and the remaining helps the parents work.

Eleven members in this group loans are end-of-term loans and the rest have monthly payment loans. They are not required to pay any principal on the loan until the very end of the loan term.
