Estrellas De Oro Group

The group, “Estrellas de Oro” ('Stars of gold') is made up of twelve members, 80% of which are women, 20% of which are men, who live in the zone of Alto San Pedro. This group is going into their first cycle having demonstrated their unity and solidarity in previous meetings. The majority of the members dedicate themselves to the sale of vegetables, clothing, provisions and other things that they sell in the interior of the country (Nor Yungas - Zud Yungas) as it is not a well exploited market and offers great opportunities to sell products. Other members dedicate themselves to hairdressing, as they have beauty salons located in strategic places where they have a lot of regular clients. Between them, there are members that make sweaters and handmade blankets which they sell to export businesses or locally. Others offer their products in markets or in the street, and their products are economically made, using low cost working materials. Other members dedicate themselves to public transport, and they need the credit to buy tyres and spare parts. The current market is saturated with similar products, but the members know how to move forward, taking their products to the interior and exterior of the country. The members are in their first cycle but they can already count on experience in such groups which is why they promise to give everything to move forward with responsability and unity. Due to the journeys they must take, some of the members couldn't be at the meeting, but sent their partners instead.

Grupo “Estrellas de Oro” esta conformado por doce socias 80% mujeres Y 20 % varones que radican en la zona de Alto San Pedro, es un grupo que ingresa a su primer ciclo demostrando unidad y solidaridad en sus reuniones previas. Las socias en su mayoría se dedican a la venta de verduras, ropa, víveres y otros pero lo comercializan en el interior (Nor Yungas - Zud Yungas), por que lo consideran un mercado poco explotado y con mayores oportunidades de venta de los productos; otras de las socias se dedican a la peluquería contando con su salón de belleza ubicados en lugares estratégicos donde cuentan con clientes leales a su trabajo; entre ellas se tiene socias que confeccionan chompas, mantas hechas a mano las cuales son comercializan en empresas que exportan o realizan venta local, otras ofrecen sus productos en ferias o ambulan, sus productos son relativamente económicos con costo mínimo de su material de trabajo; entre otro los socios se dedican al transporte público los cuales requieren del crédito para la compra de llantas y repuestos. El mercado actual se encuentra saturado de productos similares pero las socias saben como salir adelante llevando sus productos al interno o exterior del país. La socias van cursando su primer ciclo pero ya cuentan con experiencia en grupos solidarios por lo se comprometen a dar todo de si para salir adelante con responsabilidad y unidad.Por los continuos viajes alguno de las socias no se presentaron pero mandaron a sus esposos a la reunion.
