8 De Marzo Group

The "8 De Marzo" group, comprised of fourteen women, meets in the center of Villa Adela. They have demonstrated their responsibility in the group's internal activities, which is how they have been around for eleven years working together with Pro Mujer.

Gaby Zanabria, the group's president, tells that the group was formed among friends and family members faced with the need to find sources of income to fund their children's schooling.

Within the group there are different businesses. Milkenka, for example, sells cosmetics, others sell different disposable products (bags, glasses, plates, etc.), clothing and accessories for babies, and catalog order shoe sales among others.

The "8 De Marzo" group needs to buy merchandise in order to increase their earnings and family incomes.

En el centro focal Villa Adela se reúne la asociación “8 De Marzo” , actualmente está formada por catorce mujeres, ellas han demostrado responsabilidad en las actividades internas del grupo, es así que cumplen once años de trabajo junto a Pro Mujer.
Su presidenta es Gaby Zanabria, cuenta que el grupo se formo entre familiares y amigas, dada la necesidad de buscar fuentes de ingreso para poder solventar los estudios de sus hijos.
Dentro el grupo existen diferentes negocios, Milenka por ejemplo se dedica a la venta de cosméticos; otras de ellas venden productos desechables (bosas, vasos, platos etc.);venta de ropa y accesorios para bebes; venta de calzados por catalogo, entre otros.
La asociación 8 De Marzo necesita comprar mercadería, de este modo mejorar sus ganancias y sus ingresos familiares.
