Lilia Bacallan

Lilia Bacallan is from the village of Maluro, Tangub City, in Misamis Occidental province. She is 37 years old. Lilia is married. To make a living, Lilia owns & operates a business venture in the food sector running a bakery. The main source of income for the business comes from baking & selling a variety of baked goods in the local community. Lilia has been engaged in her business for over 2 years and earns approximately 4000 PHP a month for these activities.

In 2009, Lilia joined GDMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Lilia is requesting a loan of 5000 PHP, which will be used to invest in expanding the business. This loan will be the first loan taken out by Lilia from GDMPC. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve the general living conditions of her family.
