Maria Tejada is a 32-year-old married woman who lives in Villa del Carmen in the Managua area. Her husband helps her financially. She has a 7-year-old son and lives with her parents in her own house. The goal that she would most like to accomplish is to complete construction of her house. She is an entrepreneurial woman who wants the best for her family. She has worked for eight months as a proprietary town councilor in the mayor's office of Villa del Carmen. While trying to accomplish her goals, she has encountered various difficulties, one of which is the lack of financing. She thanks the Institution for the loan that they granted her, which will allow her to buy some of the construction materials, such as cement, wnidows and zinc, and thereby make a change in her home as well as her life.

La Señora Maria Tejada tiene la edad de 32 años, habitante de villa del carmen del departamento de Managua, casada su esposo le ayuda económicamente, tiene un hijo de siete años de edad, vive también con sus padres en casa propia, unos de sus planes que mas requiere cumplir es la construcción total de su vivienda, mujer emprendedora que desea lo mejor para su familia, trabaja en la Alcaldía de Villa del Carmen, en el cargo de concejal Propietaria, desde hace ocho meses. En el camino de cumplir sus planes se ha encontrado con diversas dificultades unas de ellas es la falta de financiamiento. Agradece a la Institución por el préstamo que le otorgaron que le permitirá comprar una parte de materiales de construcción como: cemento, ventanas y zinc. Logrando un cambio a su vivienda y en su vida.
