Grace Mukasa's Group

Grace Mukasa is the leader of her lending group in Lugazi. She is 40 years old and married with 6 children, ages 5 to 24, all of whom attend school.

Grace has a poultry farm business where she keeps chickens both for meat and eggs. Her markets are in Nkokonjeru and Lugazi. She has spent 8 years in the same business and, as a result, she has been able to own an organized home. She also has cows that she milks to pay fees for her children. She is grateful that the loans have managed to improve her business and the sky is the limit for her future developments.

She has ordered more day-old chicks, both layers and broilers, and her loan will help her to complete payment and buy feed for her poultry farm.
