Las Emprendedoras Group

The Las Emprendedoras group has been working in our microfinance institute since 2008. The majority of its members have been with us since the beginning. This is a very active and unified group that provides goods and services.

MARIA CARMEN CASTILLO, the group president, sells bread in La Ceja de El Alto. With these loans, she has been able to help out her husband, who works as a wage-earning driver. In time, they plan to save enough money to be able to purchase their own vehicle so that the can improve their quality of life.

VICENTE COLQUE, the group secretary, is one of the group’s founders. He owns a sound equipment rental business. With these loans, he has been able to launch yet another business—a corner market—which helps him to support all 6 members of his family. With both of his businesses, he can increase his earnings and have financial stability.

CINDA GONZALES BASCOPE sells provisions in the Villa Victoria zone. With these loans, she has managed to amass some working capital, which she uses for weekend food sales. She is also one of the founding group members. She has a sizable family, and she hopes to save more money for her grandchildren’s education.

El Banco LAS EMPRENDEDORAS, trabaja en nuestra Institución desde el 2008, la mayoria de las participantes a trabajado desde sus inicios, el banco se caracteriza por trabajar en el comercio y servicios.Es un grupo solidario y participativo.
MARIA CARMEN CASTILLO, es la presidenta, se dedica a la venta de pan en la Ceja de El Alto, con el prestamo a logrado apoyar la actividad de su esposo, quien es conductor asalariado, con el tiempo tienen planes de ahorrar y poder comprarse una movilidad propia y así poder mejorar su calidad de vida. VICENTE COLQUE,ocupa el cargo de secretario, es uno de los fundadores del banco, tiene un negocio de amplificación y con el prestamo a podido implementar un negocio más, una tienda de barrio que le permite mantener a su familia que esta compuesta por 6 miembros, con estas dos actividades a logrado mejorar sus ingresos y tener estabilidad económica.
CINDA GONZALES BASCOPE,se dedica al comercio de viveres en la zona de Villa Victoria, con el prestamo a logrado tener un pequeño capital, el que es utilizado para la venta de comida los fines de semana, ella tambien es una de las fundadoras del Banco, tiene una familia numerosa y piensa ahorrar más para los estudios de sus nietos.
