San Sebastian Group

The San Sebastian group is comprised of women who live in the same neighborhood and have known each other for many years. This group has been around for a while and is now in its 7th loan cycle. Carol Cardenas Soliz, president of the group, is one of the founding members. She has 4 children and works at a small restaurant and neighborhood market. Thanks to her efforts, she is almost finished building her little house. Primitiva Gomez, treasurer and founding member of the group, sells candles during different religious festivities. She is a widow with one grown-up son. The group secretary is Casilda Torrico, a senior member who sells food. She is very polite.

Las socias de este grupo de Banco de Emprendimiento "SAN SEBASTIAN" esta formado por señoras que viven en un mismo Barrio y se conocen de muchos años. Este grupo es muy antiguo estando en su 7º ciclo, como presidenta la señora Carol Cardenas Soliz, quien es una de las fundadoras, dirige al grupo, tiene 4 hijos y trabaja atendiendo una pequeña pension y una tienda de barrio y gracias al esfuerzo esta terminando de construir su casita. Como tesorera esta la socia Primitiva Gomez, quien es tambien una de las fundadoras del grupo, ella vende velas en las distintas fechas de fiestas religiosas, es viuda y tiene un hijo mayor. La Secretaria del grupo es la socia Casilda Torrico, socia antigua, se dedica a la venta de comida, es muy cumplida.
