Rowena Asuncion

Rowena is married to Angelito Asuncion and they are fortunately blessed with an only child named Owen Angelo. He is now 8 years old and is currently attending the elementary level of education. Her husband is operating a passenger transport business where most of the passengers are students going to and from their village to school in their town proper. Rowena is engaged in a typical village store business. She provides most of their daily basic necessities at home while some of her income was used to send her children to school. She is thankful for having her business beneficial to her family needs, and she hopes to sustain the business for their growing needs, especially when her two children go to college. Her dream is to become a successful businesswoman and give her children a better future someday.

She is requesting additional business capital for her store from Kiva. She hopes to improve her business and sustain it for the future welfare of her children. She knows that being patient and working hard are the keys to a successful enterprise, thus Rowena keeps doing her best to able meet the standards in managing business.
