Amanda’s extensive legal knowledge and passion for helping people from El Salvador have provided her with the perfect recipe for starting her own business.

A licensed attorney in her home country of El Salvador, Amanda has been working for years at an office that specializes in providing legal advice to Salvadorians living in the U.S. However, she realized she could provide more help to the Salvadorian community by opening her own office and providing additional services.

Servicios Internacionales Salvadoreños will provide legal document preparation, legal consultation, and attorney locator services for clients seeking assistance with legal matters in or pertaining to El Salvador. Amanda hopes that her expertise in El Salvador law will provide much-needed advice to individuals with property or business in El Salvador, as well as the Salvadorian community of the Bay Area.

Amanda will continue to work at her existing job at a money-transfer company and run her business in the afternoon and evening. With deep connections to the Salvadorian community, she is confident that her network will provide a steady client base.

A $2,000 loan will help Amanda with many of the start-up costs for her business including rent, marketing, licenses, and supplies.
