El comité de Mujeres Las Mercedes del barrio Las Mercedes de la ciudad de Aregua, se formó mediante que una de las integrantes quien se acerco a la Fundación se informó del programa y decidió formar un grupo en su barrio, actualmente el comité se encuentra en el tercer ciclo del programa Comité de Mujeres Emprendedoras de la Fundación Paraguaya y esta conformado por 18 integrantes las cuales invierten en distintas actividades.
